Abstract Submission Guidelines

The abstract must be prepared as outlined below and submitted to the Organizing Committee via the “Abstract Submission” link below. Submission is allowed no later than February 15th, 2025.

The first author must be registered for the Congress.

Summary Preparation Instructions

  • The summary must fit on a single A4 sheet (exceeding pages will be discarded) with 2 cm margins on all sides.
  • Use single spacing, ensuring a blank space follows all punctuation marks.
  • The font should be Times New Roman, size 11.
  • Underlining or italics may be used only in exceptional cases.
  • Do not leave blank lines between paragraphs, except: between the title and the names/addresses. between the names/addresses and the main text.

Formatting Requirements

  • Title: Use bold font, size 12. Precede the title with the abbreviation identifying the abstract’s topic (see the Topics page).
    Use single spacing, ensuring a blank space follows all punctuation marks.
  • Authors’ Names: Write in full, using Times New Roman, size 11.
  • Underlining or italics may be used only in exceptional cases.
  • Addresses: Place directly below the names, in font size 10.

Additional Notes

  • References may be cited in the text using numbers (e.g., (1)) and listed at the end.
  • Figures can be included by reducing the text space. Captions for figures must be in font size 10.
