Financial support form

If you need financial support from IAVS to participate in the EVS Conference, please attach a financial support letter (.pdf) to your registration form by February 15, 2026.

The financial support letter should include:

Motivation: A brief explanation of why attending the EVS Conference is important to you.
Requested Amount: The approximate amount of financial support needed (in Euros).
Expense Breakdown: Details of the expenses to be covered (e.g., travel, conference fee, accommodation, or a combination of these).
Supporting Documents:
A brief CV.
A preliminary abstract of your talk or poster.
Additionally, please clearly state whether you have no financial support or only partial financial support from your institution for attending the EVS Conference.
