How to register

In order to facilitate the logistical organisation of the conference, participants must pre-register before completing their final registration. Pre-registration will begin on 15 December 2025. Once pre-registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent within a week and participants will be able to complete their final registration and payment.

The organisers wish to give priority to the participation of foreign colleagues and research organisations at the 34^th EVS conference. Therefore, participation by other French organisations that are not research institutions will be limited to one representative per institution.
