Mid-symposium excursions: Monts Dore (September 9th)

A one-day excursion to the volcanic Monts Dore to study montane and subalpine vegetation. The group is split based on hiking level (moderate or good walkers) to visit the Chaudefour Valley and either Lac Pavin or the Sancy area.
